Risk of Loss
All items purchased at our site are being shipped in accordance with a carrier's shipping contract. This means that the risk of loss and the title to such items is going to be passed to a purchaser upon our delivery to a carrier. At now risk of lost is less than 0,1%.
Orders & payments processing
After order submission, firstly we authorize your credit card to check you have sufficient amount of money(for other payment option this step be skipped). Then we check is all goods in stock (we refresh status every 15 minutes). If all goods in stock we make purchase with your payment options. If not all goods are in stock before or after (cause of gap in status refreshing) payment we contact you to change order positions or refund money.
Product Return Policies
For sanitary purposes, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. When you receive your package, promptly check the items to make sure the item's functions are working.
We will credit or exchange for DEFECTIVE items only (minus the cost of shipping and handling). For the goods to be returned if they are not broken the following terms have to be met:
1. The goods must be unused.
2. The goods must be in their original condition & packaging.
3. Goods that are not heat sealed in the box are non refundable and non exchangeable.
4. Items supplied in sealed packaging that have been opened are non refundable and non exchangeable.
5. The goods must be received back within 14 days from the day your customer received their order.
6. Lingerie and items of clothing are non refundable and non exchangeable.
7. Videos and magazines are non refundable and non exchangeable.
You must contact us when you have received a defective or incorrect item and are requesting either a refund or replacement. We will enter the information into your order so that the Returns Department will handle your return smoothly.
