All products are shipped discreetly in a nondescript package with absolutely no indication of neither the contents nor shop name.
A credit card or PayPal transaction will be labelled as "King Castle Group S.A.". Letters in the company name are replaced by digits to protect your privacy and to make not possible for wives or anybody else to find it via Google. We do anything to be not presented in search engines with this label to protect your privacy.
Ordering and personal information privacy policy
Any information given to us is only shown to our delivery department to use that information for ordering and verification purposes. Any information given to us is never sold, traded, loaned or shared with any third parties besides the issuing bank of the credit card used to purchase for verification purposes only.
No credit card data is stored in our database. We just send it to the billing via secure protocol. So we store only transaction ID from the billing in our database. We use only reliable and secure billing solutions. The same is also for non-credit card payment types. We use SSL encryption to protect sensitive information online, we also do everything in our power to protect user information offline.
Visiting and non-personal information privacy policy
Some of your non-personally identifiable information (like IP address, OS, browser type, etc.) may be used to gather broad demographic information and site usage statistic. This information helps us to improve merchandising and services of our sex shop.
